With over 17 years in the fitness and wellness industry and 9 years in marketing and business strategy, Brandy Hollaway founded Pro Wellness Initiative to solve a problem she lived firsthand: brilliant wellness professionals working in isolation, without structure, without systems, and without the collaborative infrastructure needed to create lasting impact.
As the CEO of Pro Wellness Support and creator of PWI, Brandy brings expertise in personal branding, lead generation, digital marketing, and business systems to everything she builds. She is known for her ability to transform how wellness practitioners show up, connect, and grow, equipping them with the tools, visibility, and vetted relationships to build sustainable, referral-driven practices.
Brandy's vision for PWI is a structured ecosystem where every professional is vetted, every connection is intentional, and every outcome is tracked, creating a new standard for collaboration between wellness professionals, physicians, and the communities they serve.
Tomisha "Misha" Hack is the Founder and Managing Director of Hack Wellbeing, a workforce strategy and systems alignment firm focused on helping organizations understand how leadership strategy, operational systems, and employee experience interact to shape workforce outcomes.
With a background spanning community health, employee wellbeing, program development, organizational strategy, and workforce engagement, Misha brings a systems-based perspective to challenges often addressed through isolated initiatives or programs. Her work centers on helping organizations identify hidden patterns, misalignment, and operational conditions that contribute to burnout, turnover, disengagement, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent performance.
As the creator of the Hack Wellbeing Alignment Model™, Misha works with organizations to make system signals visible, diagnose alignment gaps, and develop strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness while improving workforce wellbeing.
Her approach is grounded in a simple belief: workforce wellbeing is not a program outcome, it is a system outcome.
